We understand that sometimes circumstances may arise, leading to the need for appointment cancellations. To ensure a fair and transparent process, we have established the following cancellation policy:
All appointment cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time.
If a cancellation is made 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment, the patient is eligible for a full refund of the payment made during the booking process.
In the event that a cancellation occurs within the 24-hour period before the scheduled appointment, the patient will not be eligible for a refund, and the payment made during the booking process will not be reimbursed.
Patients have two convenient options for canceling their appointments:
a. Through Appointment Link: Patients can utilize the appointment link sent to them after booking to access their appointment details and initiate the cancellation process.
b. Contacting Optimal Health Directly: Alternatively, patients can contact Optimal Health directly through the provided communication channels to request a cancellation.
If patients wish to reschedule their appointments instead of canceling, they must follow the same cancellation process outlined above and then proceed to book a new appointment at a more suitable time.
Optimal Health reserves the right to make exceptions to the cancellation policy in extraordinary circumstances, such as emergencies or unexpected medical situations. In such cases, patients are encouraged to reach out to us directly to discuss their situation, and we will do our best to accommodate their needs.
